Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Size Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes up to 14 days from order fulfilment, provided the item is still in stock on our website.
In the event the item you wish to exchange is sold out, we are happy to provide store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item, as we do not offer refunds for incorrect size-based exchanges.
Returned items must be in their original condition, with their original tags.
Please contact support@theunoriginaloriginal.com and we’ll help you with the exchange process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We will process your exchange for a different size or store credit up to 5 business days after we have received your return.
To ensure your return reaches us safely, we suggest using a tracked shipping service. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for items that are lost or don’t arrive.
Change of Mind
If you would like to return your item out of a change of mind, you may do so up to 14 days after order fulfilment for store credit of an equivalent amount of the purchase price, different item of an equivalent or lesser value or size exchange, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind returns.

Defective Items
If your product is defective please contact support@theunoriginaloriginal.com.
We endeavour to conduct quality control to prevent any defective goods from being dispatched. In the event that this does occur, in line with Australian Consumer Law, we will process a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
